The experience
The tour starts 2 km from the office at a winery where you get entrance and a tasting included: your choice of malbec or cabernet sauvignon. Bicycles are fitted to each rider to handle the terrain and pace comfortably. From there you ride 3 km to an olivicola for another entrance and tasting. The route is designed so you pass near two additional bodegas (Trivento and Vistaandes Cellar) where you can stop if you want. Those carry their own entrance fees, but the operator gives you a map marking the best vineyards and olive groves in the area so you can decide what fits your day.
The third and final stop is Bodega 1870 Essence, where entrance and tasting are included. The winery offers an optional four-course food pairing menu if you want to linger and eat. Because the tour is tailored to you (meaning the pace, the stops and the time spent at each one adjust to your group), the whole experience takes about 7 hours from start to finish. You're on a bike the whole time, moving between sites on the wine paths themselves rather than being driven.

Top questions
What's the difference between the two included tastings?
The first winery lets you choose between malbec or cabernet sauvignon for your tasting. The olivicola offers its own tasting as part of the stop. Both are included in the tour price.
Can I visit the other wineries I see on the map?
Yes. Trivento and Vistaandes Cellar are on the route, and you can stop at either one. Their entrance fees (12 USD and 10 USD respectively) are separate from the tour price, but the map shows you exactly where they are so you can decide whether to add them.
How far do I actually bike each day?
You ride about 2 km to the first winery, then 3 km to the olivicola, then continue to Bodega 1870 Essence. The bicycles are customized for each traveler to make the ride manageable, and the pace is set by your group.
Is there food included, or just tastings?
Tastings are included at the first two stops and at the final winery. At Bodega 1870 Essence, a four-course food pairing menu is available as an optional add-on if you want to eat there.
What happens if I'm not comfortable biking the whole route?
The tour is tailored to your group, so the pace and stops adjust to what works for you. Public transportation options are available nearby if you need an alternative way to reach any of the stops.
