The boat leaves Cai Beo Cruise Port at 12:30 on day one. After check-in and a welcome drink, you cruise past Pen Islet—a limestone formation shaped like a giant pen rising from the bay—and have lunch while the boat moves deeper into Lan Ha. By mid-afternoon you're in the kayak, paddling through the quiet water past limestone cliffs and into caves or out to a wild beach, depending on what you choose. The crew runs a Vietnamese cooking demonstration before dinner, and the evening opens up: squid fishing, drinks at the bar, karaoke, or soaking your feet in Himalayan salt rock on the sundeck while the bay goes dark around you.

Day two starts at 06:15 with optional Tai Chi on deck as the sun comes up, then breakfast in the dining area. By 08:00 you're cycling or riding an electric car through Viet Hai village—a fishing settlement tucked between high mountains and jungle on an island inside the bay. The village has held onto its traditional ways for hundreds of years; you move through it at ground level, not from a boat window. You see Turtle Islet, another limestone landmark, on the way back to the port, and the boat reaches Cai Beo by 11:30.
