The ride starts with a walk around the Love Lock Bridge to see the city views, then moves to the Dragon Bridge, where you'll cross the Han River and catch the water and fire show if you're riding Friday or weekend. From there the motorbike takes you off the main streets to stops the guidebook doesn't list: small vendors and local spots where residents eat. At each one you sit down and taste the dish, and your guide picks the most flavorful option for you to try, explaining what goes into it and why it matters to Da Nang food culture.

You'll stop at APEC Park in the city center for photos and views of the river, then walk through the Da Nang night market and the Sun Wheel areas before heading to the traditional brewery. There you taste 5–6 different craft beers (flavored with chocolate, vanilla, almond, tropical fruit, and green young rice), and pick the one you want to keep drinking. The guide rides you back to your hotel, and the whole day runs 3 to 4 hours.
