Scented Candle Workshop Da Lat: Make & Decorate Your Own
You blend the scents, design the candle, and walk out with something you made.
A scented candle-making workshop at Twin Beans Farm in Da Lat's suburbs where you explore a herb garden, blend essential oils, craft a candle and decorate it yourself over 90 minutes. The workshop includes all tools, wax, oils and decoration items; a guide leads the session in English or Vietnamese, and you can add roundtrip transfer from your hotel if you need it.
The Experience
The day starts in the herb garden at Twin Beans Farm, where you walk through plants used to extract the essential oils you'll actually work with. You smell different oils—each one distinct—and start combining them in your own way to build a scent that's yours. This isn't a demonstration you watch; you're mixing the aromas yourself, testing combinations until one clicks.
Once you've settled on your scent, the guide walks you through the candle-making process and you make one from start to finish. You pour the wax, add your chosen oils, and then move to the decoration phase—this is where the candle becomes a thing you want to keep. You bring it home when you leave. The whole workshop runs 90 minutes, and if you want, you can stay after to drink fresh coffee at the on-site shop (not included in the workshop price).
Twin Beans Farm also runs a small roastery on-site, so if you're curious about Vietnamese coffee production, that's there to explore. The workshop suits any fitness level, and you can book it with or without roundtrip hotel transfer depending on how you're getting around Da Lat.
