The Experience

Your guide picks you up at your hotel between 7 and 8 in the morning, and the drive to Ba Na Hills starts right away. The first cable car—the most modern in Southeast Asia—climbs from Dream Stream Cable Car Station with views of Quang Nam and Danang City opening below. At the top, you walk the Golden Bridge, a viral-famous structure that sits high in the hills, then move through a France wine cellar, Le Jardin D'amour (nine separate gardens), and Linh Ung pagoda. The second cable car takes you deeper into the complex to the French Village Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, and several monasteries and temples, with a Carnival Performance Show and Square Du Dome to watch along the way.

Lunch is a buffet at the on-site restaurant. After eating, you have the run of Fantasy Park: a walk through Fairy Forest, Dinosaur Park, 5D Wild West, 4D Death Race, 3D Mega 360, Journey into the Underground, Jurassic Park, Freefall Tower, Horror House, and over 90 free games scattered across the grounds. The Alpine Coaster—the most popular adventure ride—is also free. You'll spend the afternoon moving through these zones at your own pace while the group stays together.

At 3 p.m. you board the cable car back down. The minivan returns you to your hotel between 4:45 and 5:45 p.m. Bring water and comfortable shoes; the day involves a lot of walking across different elevations, and the cable cars mean no stairs to climb on your own.
