The Experience

Some are hot enough to make you gasp, others are cold plunges that hit different after you've been in the heat for twenty minutes.

You get an RFID wristband that unlocks your locker, and then you're free to move between the pools, saunas, and cold plunges at whatever pace feels right. There's no itinerary, no "now we do this" — you soak as long as you want, leave to grab food from The Springs Café, sit by one of the firepits, come back in.
