The experience

The day starts with pickup from your hotel, then you're in the driver's seat of a Tesla Cyber Truck: 845 horsepower of electric off-road performance. Jason handles the safety briefing and drives first to show you the terrain, then you take the wheel across the Sonoran Desert floor. The truck's low center of gravity and instant torque make drifting feel controlled even at speed. The point is not recklessness but the physics of how the machine responds to the desert.

After the land portion, you move to the water. The JetSurf is a handheld electric board that reaches 32 mph, and the instruction is built around how you want to ride it. Standing gives you the most control and the most workout. Sitting is easier on the legs. Laying on your stomach puts you closer to the water and works for anyone who wants the speed without the balance demand. The one-hour lesson covers all three positions, and Jason adjusts the pacing to where you are: beginners get smooth acceleration and carving practice. Experienced riders push toward the board's top speed.

Water and snacks are provided. The whole outing is two to three hours door-to-door, which leaves the rest of your day open for other Scottsdale plans. Children from age 10 are welcome, though the physical demands (the truck's acceleration, the JetSurf's coordination and core strength) mean a moderate fitness level matters.
