The experience
The day starts with a 2-mile boat ride up the Snake River under the Perrine Bridge, moving upriver to reach Pillar Falls. Then you climb into a tandem kayak built for two and paddle 4 miles round-trip on the river toward Shoshone Falls, nicknamed the Niagara of the West. River flow over the falls changes daily without notice, so what you see depends on the day you go.
