The tour starts with paranormal stories told inside and outside real haunted locations—the kind of creepy tales that have appeared on Dead Files, Ghost Hunters, and Freaky Florida. You'll visit a secret mobster hangout with a red room and slug room where the ghost breeze by, and depending on the evening, stops might include a working haunted distillery with spirit samples, the infamous Hotel Hell tuberculosis ward, or the Spooky Cigar Factory. If any location isn't available, substitutions like the old haunted hotel ballroom or hanging tree take its place. You get a text message with GPS coordinates and ghost-hunting app instructions to ramp up the hunt.

Once the history is set, you move into the real ghost hunting. The tour provides all the specialized paranormal equipment you need to catch evidence of activity—the kind of gear used on paranormal investigation shows. You'll also download signature apps that let you record and take home paranormal evidence from the night. The walking tour is designed so you can hunt for tingling sensations on the back of your neck, hot and cold spots, and actual ghost sightings. If you catch a ghost, you may be asked to join The Paranormal Group. Free photo memories from the evening are included for every customer.
