Tampa Airport (TPA) to Hotel: Private Sedan & SUV Transfer

Driving straight from Tampa Airport to your hotel without the taxi line

You're met at arrivals by a professional driver holding your name, driven directly to your Tampa-area hotel in a private sedan or SUV, and charged a fixed per-person rate with no surprises. International arrivals get up to an hour of free waiting time if your flight is delayed. Luggage is one suitcase and one carry-on per person, and the voucher you receive at booking is all you need to present to the driver.

Step-by-step itinerary

Private transfer from Tampa Airport

• Arrive at Tampa International Airport
• Meet professional driver at airport
• Present travel voucher to driver
• Choose sedan or SUV vehicle
• Settle into private vehicle
• Drive to hotel in Tampa or nearby

The experience

You're rolling out of Tampa International Airport and into a waiting sedan or SUV before you've even checked your phone. The driver's holding a sign with your name, the car is cool and quiet, and you're heading directly to your hotel in downtown Tampa, Saint Petersburg Beach, Saint Petersburg or Clearwater without negotiating a fare or waiting for a shared shuttle. That's the whole point of a private arrival transfer: the moment you land, the logistics stop being your problem.

When you book, you'll submit your flight details and hotel address, and the service confirms within 24 hours. You get a voucher to show the driver at arrivals. If your flight is delayed, the driver knows. They track international arrivals and allow up to an hour of waiting time at no extra charge. You pick between a sedan for three passengers or an SUV for five, depending on your group size. Both come with a professional driver, all taxes and fuel included, so the price you see is the price you pay.

The drive time depends on traffic and what time you land, but the driver handles the route. You're not navigating, not hunting for parking, not figuring out which lane to turn into. Luggage is one suitcase and one small carry-on per person: oversized items like surfboards or golf clubs need approval ahead of time, so mention it when you book if you're traveling with gear. Service animals are welcome, and if you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or an infant seat, let them know at reservation and they'll have it ready.

What’s included

• Your transfer includes meet-and-greet service at arrivals, a professional driver, all taxes and fuel surcharges, and direct transportation to your hotel in downtown Tampa, Saint Petersburg Beach, Saint Petersburg or Clearwater.
• One suitcase and one small carry-on bag per person are included.
• If your international flight is delayed, the driver allows up to one hour of waiting time at no additional cost.
