Roll out your own quiche dough and bake a classic Lorraine with a French chef

A 2-hour French cooking class in Scottsdale where you learn to make Quiche Lorraine from scratch with a chef born and raised in France. You'll prepare the dough, choose traditional toppings, cook in the chef's kitchen with all equipment provided, then eat and take home your finished quiche.

The experience

Two hours in a French chef's kitchen means you'll spend the time actually making Quiche Lorraine, not watching a demonstration. The chef walks you through building the dough from scratch and selecting the traditional toppings that define this French classic. You work in the same space where the chef cooks, with every tool and ingredient ready for you: no hunting for supplies or figuring out what comes next.

After you cook, you eat. The quiche comes out of the oven and you taste what you made while it's still warm, then pack up your own to take home. Bottled water is provided throughout the class. The kitchen is wheelchair accessible, and children from age 8 are welcome to join. Younger kids can attend with a parent. The chef teaches in English or French, so you can book in whichever language suits you.

What’s included

  • All equipment needed to make the quiche.
  • bottled water.
  • dinner (the quiche you cook).
