Private Transfer to Vail Airport EGE: Hotel Pickup, Fixed Price

Skip the taxi line and arrive at the airport on your schedule

A private transfer from your Vail-area hotel to Eagle County Airport (EGE) picks you up at a set time and drives you directly to departures, with the vehicle size and pickup location confirmed before you book. Service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The price is fixed per group and includes all taxes and fuel. You'll receive a travel voucher to present to the driver on arrival.

The experience

The transfer arrives shortly before your scheduled pickup time, giving you a window to load luggage without rushing. You'll provide your hotel name and address when booking so the driver knows exactly where to meet you. The confirmation arrives within 24 hours, along with your voucher. The route takes between 25 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on your starting point in the Vail area and traffic conditions on the way to the airport.

Choose from a sedan for up to 3 passengers, an SUV for up to 5, or a van for up to 8. The price you see at checkout is the total for your group, not per person, and it covers all taxes and fuel surcharge. No negotiation at the curb, no meter running, no surprise fees when you arrive.

Top questions

What time does the transfer pick me up?

You choose your pickup time when you book, and the vehicle arrives shortly before that window. This gives you time to load luggage and be ready to go without waiting around.

Can I book a transfer from Breckenridge or Aspen to the airport?

Yes. The service operates from multiple Vail-area locations including Breckenridge, Aspen, Snowmass, Keystone and Beaver Creek/Avon. Each starting point has its own vehicle options (sedan, SUV or van), so you pick the one that fits your group size.

What's included in the price?

Private transportation, all taxes and fuel surcharge are included. The price is per group based on your vehicle choice, not per passenger, so a sedan for three people costs one flat rate.

Is the transfer available outside business hours?

Yes, the service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you can book an early morning departure or a late-night pickup without restrictions.

How do I pay the driver?

You'll receive a travel voucher when your booking is confirmed. Present it to the driver when they arrive: payment is already settled, so there's no transaction at pickup.
