The experience

Your driver is already tracking your flight before you land. If it arrives early or late, the pickup time shifts to match: no need to call ahead and rearrange. At the arrival lounge, look for the board with your name. The driver will be holding it. From there, you travel in a Premium sedan (for smaller groups) or a 14-seat Premium van, depending on which option you booked. The vehicle is climate-controlled and the driver navigates Boston's roads while you settle in after your flight.

The transfer takes roughly 30 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. Your driver handles all the logistics: parking fees, tolls, and the route itself. Taxes, gratuities and the meet-and-greet service are already built into the price you pay per person, so there are no surprises at the end. If you're traveling with infants or small children, specialized car seats are provided. Just make sure to specify how many when you book so the right seats are ready.

The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your plane touches down in case you need extra time to collect luggage or clear customs. If something goes wrong (you can't spot the driver or your flight is severely delayed), contact the assistance center and they'll sort it out. Each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase. Oversized or additional bags may incur an extra charge.
