The van picks you up from your French Quarter or downtown New Orleans hotel at a time you confirm the day before. Your driver talks the whole way to the launch point in Cajun Country (stories about the region, facts about what you're about to see), and it's the kind of commentary that makes the 45-minute drive feel like part of the tour, not just the getting there. You board a small airboat with no more than 13 people on it.
