The experience

Most travelers land at MSY and join the queue for a cab or rideshare. You text your confirmation number to Burton, and a professional chauffeur is already tracking your flight, waiting at arrivals with a sign. The difference is small but it compounds: no negotiating a fare at the curb, no guessing how long the ride will take, no wondering if the driver knows the route to your hotel. The price is locked in before you leave home.

The vehicle is air-conditioned and sized for your party, whether that's one person or a small group. The chauffeur handles the route while you handle your luggage and your phone. If your flight lands early or runs late, the driver knows because Burton's system tracks it in real time. You get a travel voucher to present at pickup, trip reminders sent to your phone, and a live customer service team available around the clock if anything shifts. It's the kind of thing that sounds small until you're the one not standing in a taxi queue at 11 p.m. in a city you've just arrived in.

Same-day bookings are accepted, which means if your plans change or you're booking last-minute, you can still lock in a transfer. You'll need your flight details, your hotel address, and your party size when you book. That's it. Confirmation comes back instantly, and you're done arranging ground transport before you even board.
