Nashville Airport Transfer: Downtown Hotels & BnBs

Airport pickup and drop-off in under an hour

Group transportation from Nashville International Airport (BNA) to downtown hotels, Air BnBs or nearby lodging within a 20-mile radius, with air-conditioned vehicle and all taxes included in the preset fare. The driver picks you up at the terminal and takes you directly to your accommodation, or reverses the route for departures.

The experience

The service covers the airport itself and anywhere in the general downtown area or within 20 miles of BNA. You'll ride in an air-conditioned vehicle with a preset fee that includes all taxes: no surprises at the end. The whole trip typically takes around 30 minutes, depending on your exact destination and traffic.

Pickup is included, so you don't arrange a separate ride once you land. If you're heading to the airport for a flight, the same service works in reverse: the driver collects you from your hotel or Air BnB and delivers you to the terminal. Service animals are welcome, and infants or small children can travel in a pram or stroller if you bring one.
