You get picked up at your requested time from any Miami hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental, with luggage assistance included. No negotiating fare, no waiting for a taxi, no second-guessing the route. Just a fixed price and a driver who knows exactly where you're going.

Step-by-step itinerary

Private transfer from hotel to port

• Pickup from Miami accommodation
• Driver contacts via text or call
• Assist with luggage loading
• Travel in air-conditioned vehicle
• Drop off at Port of Miami terminal

The experience

Most travelers heading to the cruise port end up in a taxi queue or negotiating with a stranger at the curb. This transfer takes that off your hands entirely. A driver texts or calls you the morning of departure, arrives at your hotel in South Beach, Downtown, Brickell, or Doral at the exact time you request, loads your luggage, and drives you straight to your cruise terminal in an air-conditioned vehicle. No app to refresh, no surge pricing, no guessing how long it will take.

The driver handles the luggage while you walk in dry clothes, and they drop you at the right terminal entrance so you're not wandering the port trying to find your cruise line. If you're staying in a vacation rental or Airbnb instead of a hotel, they pick you up there too. The whole point is that you arrive calm, on time, and ready to board, not stressed about whether the driver knows where the Port of Miami actually is or if they'll take a detour to pad the fare.

Communication happens by text message or WhatsApp before the pickup, so there's no confusion about timing or location. If you need a specialized infant seat for a child traveling with you, that's available. The company is based in Miami and runs this route constantly, so they know the traffic patterns, the terminal layouts, and how cruise schedules work. You're not the first person they've driven to the port, and they won't be the last.
