The Escape Game Miami is a set of seven escape room adventures at Brickell City Centre in downtown Miami, each playable by up to eight people in 60 minutes with a live guide leading the way. Games range from recovering a stolen masterpiece to breaking out of prison, and they're designed to be exciting rather than scary. An adult must accompany anyone 14 and under, and the space is wheelchair accessible.

The Experience

You arrive at Brickell City Centre, pick one of seven games—The Heist, Prison Break, Cosmic Crisis, Gold Rush, Timeliner, The Depths, or Special Ops—and a dedicated guide briefs your team on the mission. Then you have exactly 60 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles, and complete the objective together. The guide stays with you and can offer hints if the team gets stuck, but the work is yours: you'll need to communicate, think through the logic, and move fast enough to finish before time runs out.

The games aren't dark or designed to scare you. Prison Break is the most challenging of the seven, while Cosmic Crisis is the newest. Each one spans multiple rooms and holds up to eight players, so you can bring a full group or join others who've booked the same game. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for the briefing and stay about 15 minutes after to debrief and take photos—the full experience runs closer to 90 minutes when you factor in setup and wind-down.

The location sits in the heart of downtown Miami next to restaurants and shops, so you can build an escape room into a day or evening out. If you need to leave the room at any point, every door has an exit button and you're free to go. Younger players under 13 can participate, though the puzzles are designed with ages 13 and up in mind, and anyone under 18 needs an adult to sign their waiver and play alongside them.
