The experience
The tour starts with an aerial pass over Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino, one of the most significant horse racing venues in the US, then moves into the heart of Miami Beach itself. From above, you see the 150 waterfront homes and urban architecture that line the shore, followed by the golden sands of Sunny Isles Beach. The helicopter then swings inland to Oleta River State Park, a natural oasis bisected by the river where kayakers and paddleboarders work the water below, and passes Aventura Mall: the third largest shopping center in the United States and an architectural landmark in its own right.
The second half of the flight circles Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, then heads out over Biscayne Bay to the Port of Miami, the world's largest and busiest passenger port. From the helicopter, you watch cruise ships and cargo vessels move through the busy seaport at the mouth of the Miami River. The tour ends with a pass over Fisher Island, a three-mile offshore enclave accessible only by air or sea, where multimillion-dollar properties sit isolated from the mainland. Bottled water is included. The pilot can brief you on the doors-off option if you want to fly without the cabin doors for clearer photography.

What is Fisher Island and why is it worth seeing from the air?
Fisher Island sits three miles offshore and is home to some of Miami's most exclusive properties. It is accessible only by air or sea, so the helicopter offers one of the few ways to see the island and its architecture up close.
How much of Miami does the helicopter cover in 30 minutes?
The tour passes Gulfstream Park, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Oleta River State Park, Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Stadium, the Port of Miami, and Fisher Island: roughly ten major landmarks and neighborhoods across the greater Miami area.
Can I request a doors-off flight?
Yes. Ask your pilot about the doors-off option when you arrive. This removes the cabin doors for unobstructed aerial photography and viewing.
What is the Port of Miami like from above?
The Port of Miami is the world's largest and busiest passenger port, and from the helicopter you see the scale of it: numerous massive cruise ships and cargo vessels moving through the seaport at the mouth of the Miami River.
