The Experience
The tour starts on Ocean Drive, where your guide walks you through the history of South Beach's most famous strip and gives you time to photograph the pastel Art Deco hotels that line it. From there you head to Espanola Way, another defining stretch of Miami Beach culture, before moving inland to the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. The guide narrates as you ride, pointing out the stories behind what you're seeing.
You'll then bike the scenic path down to South Pointe Park, a 36-acre waterfront space where the bay meets the Atlantic. This is where the tour ends—at South Pointe Pier, looking out at the water. Along the way, you'll pass the Versace Mansion, and your guide explains the designer's outsized influence on the city's look and identity. The whole route is bike-friendly, and stops are built in for photos and questions.
A helmet is mandatory and included, as is a bike bag. You choose between a regular bike or an eBike when you book; the eBike option is available for riders 16 and up. The tour runs in English or Spanish, so you can pick the language that works for you. Public transit is nearby if you need another way to get around the city.

What's the difference between the regular bike and the eBike on this tour?
The regular bike is a standard pedal bike; the eBike has electric assist to make pedaling easier, especially on longer stretches or in Miami's heat. The eBike option is available for riders 16 and older. Both cover the same route and stops.
How much of the tour is actually spent riding versus stopped for photos and information?
The tour takes about two hours total, with multiple stops at Ocean Drive, Espanola Way, the Botanical Garden, and South Pointe Park for narration and photos. The guide builds in time to take pictures at the Art Deco buildings and other sights, so it's a mix of riding and standing still.
Can I book the English tour or do I have to speak Spanish?
The tour is offered in both English and Spanish. You choose the language when you book, so pick whichever one you prefer.
What happens if I'm not comfortable biking the whole two hours?
The tour is suitable for all fitness levels, and the pace is leisurely. If you're concerned about stamina, the eBike option removes the physical effort of pedaling, making it easier to keep up with the group.
Is the Versace Mansion something we actually go inside, or just ride past?
You ride past the Versace Mansion as part of the route, and your guide explains its history and influence on Miami Beach's architecture and culture. The tour doesn't include entry to the mansion itself.
Where do we start and end the tour?
The tour begins on Ocean Drive in South Beach and ends at South Pointe Pier. Public transportation is available nearby if you need to get to the starting point or leave from the end.
