The Paragon is a performance sailing catamaran, not a motor vessel, which means you're on the water under sail for the full two hours. Arrive 30 minutes early at the parking lot on Prison Street in Lahaina for check-in. The crew escorts you to the harbor and boards promptly at the scheduled time. Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure, so late arrivals miss the boat.

Once underway, you have the run of the boat: spacious trampolines on the deck, shaded cabin seating below, and the open bar serving sparkling wine, white wine, and local beer alongside water, Aloha Juice and sodas. The crew passes around hot and cold hors d'oeuvres as the sun moves toward the horizon.
