The show moves through Hawaiian, New Zealand, Tahitian and Samoan traditions in sequence, built around storytelling and moments where the audience gets pulled into the performance—not a passive sit-and-watch format.

Dinner arrives before the show starts: a full Hawaiian buffet with kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, panko-crusted mahi mahi with lemon dill cream sauce, lomi lomi salmon, mac salad, poi, white rice, Molokai sweet potato, hummus with vegetables, green salad with pineapple vinaigrette and Hawaiian sweet rolls with honey butter.
