The fleet ranges from luxury sedans and premium SUVs for couples and small families, to minivans seating up to five passengers, transit vans for up to ten, Mercedes Sprinters for up to fourteen, and minibuses for groups as large as fifty. You pick the vehicle that matches your group size and luggage, so you're never paying for empty seats. Every reservation includes curbside pickup at the airport or cruise terminal, live vehicle tracking so you know exactly where your driver is, and a real dispatch team available by phone before and during your journey.

The service handles the logistics that usually require separate arrangements. Flight and cruise tracking means your driver knows if your plane is delayed or your ship is running late, and they adjust the pickup time automatically. Luggage assistance is included, and complimentary bottled water keeps you refreshed during the drive. If you need to stop for groceries, wine, snacks or prescriptions before reaching your hotel or cruise port, the driver can add that stop (a fee applies for the stop and wait time). Child safety seats and booster seats are available on request, and the vehicles are air-conditioned with live dispatch support throughout your trip.

Depending on the option you choose, your chauffeur may meet you inside the terminal or cruise terminal with a personalized name sign. Complimentary onboard Wi-Fi is available if you request it before your pickup date.
