The experience

"Your driver's already here with your name on a sign." That's the text you get when you land at Key West airport, and it changes everything about how your trip starts. No hunting for a taxi rank, no joining a shuttle queue that moves like it's got nowhere to be: your private transfer from Key West airport (EYW) is waiting the moment you clear arrivals, nameplate in hand, ready to load your luggage and get you to your hotel without the usual airport friction.

The driver tracks your flight, so if you land early or late, they know it. You're not paying extra for that. It's part of the service. The car's air-conditioned, the driver's professional, and the price is locked in before you arrive, which means no negotiation at the curb and no meter running while you figure out where you're going. Groups up to 15 can book one vehicle. Larger parties get a minibus or two minivans, depending on how many of you there are. All the cars are licensed, insured, and equipped for luggage, sports gear, or whatever else you've brought to Key West.

You provide your pickup time and luggage count when you book, and that's it. The logistics are handled. Infants travel in specialized seats if you need them, and service animals are welcome. The driver helps with bags, knows the route to your hotel, and you arrive without the stress that usually comes with ground transport in a new place.

Top questions

What time does the driver arrive at the airport?

The driver meets you at your scheduled arrival time. You provide your flight details and landing time when you book, and the service tracks your flight so the driver knows if you're early or delayed.

Is the price the same for all group sizes?

Pricing depends on the number of passengers. Groups up to 7 travel in one vehicle. Larger groups (up to 15) may be split into a minibus and minivan or provided one larger vehicle. Confirm your party size when booking.

What if my flight is delayed?

The driver tracks your flight in real time, so they'll know about delays. There's no extra charge if you arrive later than planned: the pickup time adjusts automatically.

Are car seats available for children?

Yes. Specialized infant seats are available. Request one when you book and provide your child's age and weight.

Can I bring luggage and sports equipment?

Yes. All vehicles are equipped to handle luggage and sports gear. Let the driver know how many bags you have and what equipment you're bringing when you book.

Do I need to tip the driver?

Tipping is not included in the fixed price, but it's customary if you're satisfied with the service.
