The experience

How does your driver know when you've landed? Your flight is monitored, so the chauffeur adjusts the pickup time if your plane is delayed. You'll meet them in the arrivals terminal holding a name sign. They handle your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. The scheduled meeting time is set at least 25 minutes after landing for domestic flights and at least 40 minutes for international flights, unless you choose a different time at booking.

The vehicle depends on which option you select: a Business Sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, or similar) or a Luxury SUV (Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, or similar). Both are cleaned before your journey and stocked with complimentary bottled water. The drive to Manhattan takes 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on traffic and your destination. All airport taxes, tolls, and standard parking fees are included in the price.

You get up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pickup: useful if you need to collect checked bags or if your travel party is still gathering. Additional waiting time beyond that hour can be arranged for an extra charge. Infant seats are available if you're traveling with small children.
