The Experience
You get 30 minutes behind the wheel of a Ferrari California, starting on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and threading through the streets where the TCL Chinese Theatre and Magic Castle sit. The car handles the famous intersections and curves that most visitors only see from a tour bus or their own rental sedan. Mulholland Drive opens up next—the road climbs with views spreading across the city—and you'll stop at a panoramic viewpoint to photograph the Hollywood Sign and the Los Angeles skyline before heading back.
The experience comes in two versions: you drive it, or you ride as a passenger while a professional pilot takes the controls. If you're driving, you need a valid license and must be at least 18. If you're riding, there's no age minimum, though children travel with a parent. Either way, a guide rides along—in English, Spanish, Italian, French or another language—and handles the route while you focus on the moment. The car seats up to two passengers in back (though anyone over 250 lbs or 7 ft tall won't fit comfortably there), and extra riders can join for $20 per person on the day.
Fuel is covered. Photos at the Hollywood Sign stop are included. If you want a video of the drive, a GoPro recording is available to purchase on site for $30, and an additional driver (someone else getting a turn at the wheel during the same booking) runs $50.
