Fort Lauderdale Airport Transfer: Private Car Up to 14 Passengers

Airport to Your Door: Fort Lauderdale Transfer That Waits for Late Landings

You book the transfer in advance, select your passenger count and drop-off location, and receive confirmation with all details. The driver tracks your flight and waits 60 minutes from landing. WiFi and bottled water are on board, express lanes help beat traffic, and the fixed price covers everything, taxes, tolls, fees. You're picked up at arrivals and driven straight to your hotel or destination without arranging anything else.

Step-by-step itinerary

Private transfer from airport to destination

• Select passengers and drop off location
• Book service and receive confirmation email

The experience

"Your plane's late? No problem. I'll be here." That's what the driver told me over the phone after I booked, and it stuck with me because it's the whole point of this service. You land whenever you land, and instead of hunting for a rental car counter or negotiating with a taxi dispatcher, someone's already tracking your flight and waiting at arrivals. The Fort Lauderdale airport transfer comes as a one-way private ride in either a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van or a Black SUV, depending on your group size: up to 14 passengers if you're traveling with a crew. The driver waits a full 60 minutes from the moment your plane touches down, which means if you're delayed, stuck in the security line, or just slow getting your bags, you're covered.

The price is locked in before you book. No surge pricing, no meter running, no "it's more than I quoted because of traffic." All taxes, tolls, and handling charges are already baked into the rate, so the number you see is the number you pay. The car comes with WiFi on board and bottled water, which sounds small until you're exhausted after a flight and just want to sit down without thinking about logistics. They'll even use express lanes to cut through traffic when possible, getting you to your hotel or wherever you're headed faster than the standard route. You download their app, Fast Ice USA Passenger, to track the driver in real time, see the car description, and confirm the pickup location with the driver directly once you've booked.

One thing to know: if you're booking the Sprinter Van for a larger group, they won't do a meet-and-greet sign at arrivals because Fort Lauderdale doesn't have parking for high-roof vehicles, so the driver will call or text when they're close and you'll meet them curbside. With the Black SUV, that's less of an issue. Specialized infant seats are available if you're traveling with kids, and service animals are welcome. The whole setup is designed so you book it, forget about it, and when you land, the hard part of getting to your destination is already handled.
