The experience

Two hours is enough time to go from standing on the beach to flying above the water. The LIFT eFoil board combines the feel of surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding and yoga. You're balancing on a motorized board that lifts you above the surface as you gain speed. No prior experience is needed. The only requirement is moderate physical fitness and a sense of balance. The instruction starts on land, where you learn how the board works, how to operate the motor, and what safety means when you're airborne. An experienced instructor walks you through each step in a relaxed, humor-filled atmosphere designed to keep you at ease.

Once you're in the water, the instructor stays with you the whole time via radio intercom helmet, so you can hear guidance without taking your eyes off the horizon. The board itself is the LIFT5 or LIFTX, the smoothest eFoil technology available, and it's paired with a personal floating device to keep you safe as you practice basic foiling skills. A GoPro camera captures your session in the water, and the raw footage is yours within 48 hours, so you can relive the moment you first lifted off or share it with friends.
