Kacey's Custom Adventures runs the only private launch in this part of Kings Bay, which means no shuttle bus, no crowded commercial ramp, just a short walk from the parking area to the water. The location sits right around the corner from Three Sisters Springs and puts you within reach of the manatee sanctuaries and designated swim areas marked on the map you'll get with your rental.

Everything here is new and pressure-washed after every use—the kayaks, the paddles, even the dry bag that comes with your rental so your phone and keys don't get soaked. The staff are all Crystal River natives, born and raised in the area, which means they know where the manatees congregate by season, which springs stay calm in the afternoon wind, and which routes work best depending on how much time you have. You pick your kayak type—single, tandem, or hybrid paddle board—and they'll walk you through the setup, show you the map, and send you out with everything you need to navigate the bay on your own terms.
