The experience

One hour before your scheduled pickup, an automated text lands with your assigned chauffeur's name, phone number, vehicle model and plate number. When the car pulls up, another text confirms arrival, and the driver calls or texts to let you know they're outside. No guessing, no waiting by the window wondering if the car is lost.

Once you're on board, the chauffeur activates a passenger-on-board notification that alerts the office the pickup is complete and the trip is underway. The vehicle itself is air-conditioned with complimentary Fiji water, WiFi to stay connected, and an iPad for entertainment if you need it. You choose the vehicle that fits your group: a standard or premium sedan for one or two passengers, a standard or premium SUV for a small party, an executive Sprinter for a larger group, or a stretch limo for an occasion. Safety is the stated priority, and chauffeurs are trained professionals who dress the part.

The trip ends when the driver activates the passenger-dropped notification, closing out the booking in the system. No surprises on the bill: all fees and taxes are included in the price you see upfront. Specialized infant seats are available if you're traveling with small children, and service animals are welcome.
