You pedal, the bike moves, the captain keeps the energy up.

The Cowtown Cycle Party is a two-hour group activity on a 16-seat pedal-powered party bike in Fort Worth, where you and up to 15 others pedal through the Near Southside and Downtown while a captain leads the route and keeps the vibe going. Only 10 people pedal at a time thanks to pedal-assist, so it's not strenuous. Bring your own beer or wine (no hard liquor or glass bottles). Book all seats for your private group. It's built for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate teams, family reunions or just friends looking for something different.

  • Pass by Acre Distilling
  • Stop at Fort Worth Water Gardens
  • Enjoy drinks at Bowlounge
  • End party bike ride

The experience

The bike itself is the original wooden party bike made in the Netherlands, and it carries up to 16 adults through two hours of Fort Worth's neighborhoods. You'll roll through Sundance Square in Downtown, a pedestrian-friendly hub with Western-wear shops, steakhouses, sports bars and the Bass Performance Hall; past Acre Distilling, a locally-owned craft distillery in what was once Hell's Half Acre; by the Fort Worth Water Gardens, a terraced park built as a cooling oasis in the middle of the city; and through Bowlounge, where the outdoor patio and indoor bar hold a curated craft beer program and extensive whiskey collection. The route is designed so the bike itself becomes the attraction. You're a moving party, and the crowds notice.

Only 10 people pedal at any given time, and the pedal-assist motor means it's not a workout. A fun captain rides along to get the party started, keep the energy up and navigate the route. Bluetooth speakers let you play your own music the whole way, so the soundtrack is yours. You bring the beer or wine (no hard liquor, no glass bottles), and the two hours are yours to set the tone, whether that's loud and celebratory or a steady cruise through the neighborhoods.

Book all the seats for your private group. The minimum is 8 pedalers to make the booking work. The bike is wheelchair accessible, and all areas and surfaces along the route are accessible as well. Everyone on board must be at least 18 years old. If you're bringing beer or wine, everyone participating must be 21 or older.

What’s included

The two-hour ride includes the original wooden party bike, a fun captain to lead the route and keep the party going, and Bluetooth speakers so you control the music.
