The experience

The moment you land at BWI, you've already got a problem: luggage, maybe jet lag, and the question of how to get into Washington DC without standing in a taxi line or fumbling with ride-share apps. A BWI airport transfer with Bon Voyage Luxury Rides solves that before you even step off the plane. The driver tracks your flight in real time, so they know when you're actually walking out of baggage claim, not guessing. When you call or text after booking, you confirm the details, and on arrival day, someone's already waiting with a sign, ready to handle your bags while you find your bearings.

The vehicle depends on your group size: a sedan fits up to three passengers with three pieces of luggage; an SUV takes three to six people with six bags; a van handles six to fourteen passengers with fourteen pieces of luggage. Each one is air-conditioned, stocked with bottled water, and equipped with WiFi so you can catch up on emails or messages during the drive into the city. If you're traveling with an infant, specialized car seats are available. Just mention it when you confirm. Service animals travel with you, and the whole thing is designed to work whether you're heading to a hotel, a meeting, or straight to an event.

The drive from BWI to Washington DC takes roughly thirty to forty minutes depending on traffic and your exact destination. You get thirty minutes of waiting time included, so if your flight lands and you need a few minutes to collect yourself or your group, the driver isn't running the meter. The price is fixed before you get in the car: no surge pricing, no negotiation at the curb, no surprises on the card. Airport fees and departure tax are already built in.
