The experience

You board the Dutch Apple II at the Albany dock and settle in for two hours on the water. The cruise moves along the Hudson River, passing the USS Slater and the downtown Albany skyline as the light shifts. Live acoustic music plays throughout: no narration, just the songs and the river. Bring binoculars if you want to spot bald eagles. Many people just sit back and watch the lush nature and historic houses that line the banks slip past.

A full bar and food menu are available on board, with items for purchase by cash or card. The boat operates in all weather, so dress for the conditions.
