The Shustov Museum sits on the foundation of a 19th-century brandy factory built by the entrepreneur Shustov in Odessa. Your guide walks you through the extensive underground corridors where the production process unfolds across several stages: each one explained as you move through the space. You'll also watch a short film on how the trademark's brandy-making traditions developed, and learn how Shustov Cognac won the Grand Prix at international exhibitions in Paris, Milan and London between 1900 and 1911.

After the corridor tour, you move to the Art bar, an elegantly designed space where you taste Shustov Classic Cognac aged 3–7 years. The relaxed atmosphere is built for savoring the drink without rush. Before you leave, the museum shop lets you buy Shustov-branded gifts if you want to take something home.
