The experience

Hotel pickup starts the day, then a drive to the Kekova region puts you at Üçağız Village by mid-morning. Your guide walks through the kayak, the paddle and the route before you push off. The paddle to Tersane (Shipyard) Bay is where the ruins come into focus: the guide points out the submerged city as you float above it, and you stop to swim and look closer at the 3000-year-old stone work just below the surface.

From Tersane you paddle on to Kale Köy (Simena), a village built into the cliffside where lunch waits. Time to rest, eat and walk the narrow lanes before the final paddle back to Üçağız Village. The drive back to Kas ends the day around 3pm, giving the afternoon free.

Is this one for you?Book from Kas if you want hotel pickup included. If you're staying in Kalkan, the separate Kalkan option handles pickup from there instead. The six-hour day splits between paddling and stops, so you're not paddling continuously: the swimming break and village lunch break up the time on the water.
