A leather factory visit (about 20 minutes) shows the traditional craftsmanship of Turkish leather goods, followed by lunch featuring Turkish cuisine made with fresh, natural ingredients and rich spices. Then you board a boat from the Old Town harbor for a one-hour cruise along the Mediterranean coast. The highlight is the Lower Düden Waterfall (Karpuzkaldıran), where water plunges 40 meters directly into the sea—a sight you see from the water itself, not from land. The boat also passes several coastal landmarks as it moves along the turquoise shoreline.

If you choose the cable car option, the day ends with a ride up Mount Tahtalı (Olympos) to 2,365 meters, where panoramic views stretch across the Mediterranean, pine forests, and the Taurus Mountains. A mountaintop café lets you rest with a drink and take photos before heading back.
