Piarco Airport Transfer Trinidad: Meet & Greet Service

Your driver waits at the arrivals hall with your name on a sign

Private transfer from Piarco International Airport to Trinidad hotels, one way or round trip, with meet and greet service and air-conditioned transport. Your driver holds a nameplate with your name or company logo and waits just outside the arrivals hall after you clear customs. The journey takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on your destination, with luggage assistance included.

The experience

After you clear customs and immigration at Piarco International Airport, exit into the arrivals hall and look for your driver holding a sign with your name. The driver is neatly dressed and ready to help with luggage. You'll travel in a safe, air-conditioned vehicle with spacious leg room through lush green hills, tropical villages and colorful local life. The ride to Port of Spain or the west side takes 30 to 45 minutes. Hotels average 45 minutes from the airport.

The service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so whether you land at midnight or dawn, a driver will be waiting. If you need confirmation, you can receive a WhatsApp message or call upon landing. For the return trip, your driver will meet you at the hotel entrance holding a sign with your name, and the same air-conditioned comfort applies on the way back to the airport.
