The experience
The day starts with hotel pickup and a drive to Best Rafting 4U Camp near Phuket. At Suwan Kuha Temple, known as the Monkey Cave, you'll walk past playful monkeys and explore ancient Buddhist relics inside the cave before heading to the camp. Once there, you store your belongings in lockers and choose how to spend the morning and early afternoon: paddle the river rapids with an experienced guide, clip into the zipline harness and run five stations through the trees, or walk to Ton Pariwat Waterfall and sit beside the cascading water. You do all three, rotating through them at your own pace.
Equipment for each activity is provided, and the guide paddles with you on the water. Between activities, the camp's restaurant serves Thai lunch (halal and vegetarian options available on request). Drinks and fresh fruit are available throughout the day. Return transport to your Phuket hotel happens between 16:00 and 18:00, so you're back with time to rest or explore the city in the evening.
