The clues themselves take you into the water: you'll snorkel among the marine life to find what comes next, then surface and head to a beach where locals help you decode the next piece. Between stops, snacks and drinks appear, and about three hours in, a Thai lunch arrives. The pace is built for teams of up to twelve, so you're moving with a group but not a crowd, and an English-speaking guide keeps the momentum going. The whole thing ends when you find the treasure.
