Zurich Airport Transfer: Private Vehicle to City Center

Skip the taxi queue and arrive on your own schedule

A private one-way transfer connects Zurich Airport to the city center in a luxury vehicle with a dedicated driver. Your driver meets you at the arrival terminal with a nameplate or waits at your hotel for departure, handling luggage and the route while you settle in. The journey takes around 30 minutes and includes one bag per person.

The experience

Your driver is waiting with a sign bearing your name when you land, or stationed at your hotel lobby when you depart. No hunting for a taxi rank, no negotiating with strangers, no waiting in line. The vehicle and the person are already there. The driver takes the direct route to your destination in the city center, and you can watch the landscape pass without managing the navigation or the traffic.

One piece of luggage per person travels free. Anything beyond that incurs an extra charge, so pack accordingly or confirm the details when you book. The vehicle is private, meaning no shared stops and no other passengers. The 30-minute journey gives you time to settle, check messages or simply breathe after the airport.

Infant seats are available if you request them at booking. Public transportation options exist nearby if your plans change, but this transfer removes that decision from the moment you land or need to leave.

Top questions

How does the driver know where to find me at Zurich Airport?

Your driver holds a sign with your name at the arrival terminal, making you easy to spot as you exit customs. You'll confirm your flight details and arrival time when you book, so the timing aligns with your landing.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

The booking confirmation includes your flight number and arrival details, so the driver monitors your flight status. If you're delayed, contact the operator to adjust the pickup time. The driver will wait or reschedule accordingly.

Can I bring more than one bag?

One piece of luggage per person is included in the price. Extra baggage incurs an additional fee, which you can arrange at the time of booking or by contacting the operator before arrival.

Is this transfer available for both arrivals and departures?

Yes, you can book a one-way transfer in either direction. For arrivals, the driver meets you at the terminal. For departures, confirm your pickup time and hotel location, and staff will collect you and deliver you to Zurich Airport on time.

What if I need an infant seat?

Specialized infant seats are available and must be requested when you book. Mention this requirement in your reservation so the correct seat is installed before your pickup.
