The experience

A driver holding a name sign meets you in the arrivals terminal at Zurich Airport, ready to help with luggage and guide you to a waiting Mercedes-Benz. The vehicle arrives disinfected with hand sanitizer in the back seat. Your driver opens and closes the door, and you ride in the back for the three-hour journey to Zermatt. Flight tracking means the driver knows if your plane is late, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport before the meter starts: enough time to clear customs and collect bags without rushing.

The route covers the distance from the airport to your hotel in Zermatt, with all airport taxes and parking fees already built into the price. Bottled water is provided. The driver speaks English or German and handles the navigation, so you can rest or take in the landscape without managing directions or negotiating a fare at the curb. The service runs in both directions, from Zurich or Geneva airports into Zermatt, and from Zermatt back out to either airport for your departure.
