Private Transfer Bern to Airport: Mercedes Fleet

Door-to-door airport transport in a Mercedes, with water and WiFi

A private transfer from your Bern hotel to Bern Airport in a modern Mercedes vehicle, with hotel pickup included and a driver holding a name board at collection. You travel in an air-conditioned car stocked with bottled water and onboard WiFi, and a 24/7 contact number connects you to the operation team before, during and after your journey. Child seats are free if you need them.

The experience

Your driver arrives at your pickup point with a name board displaying your name, so recognition is instant. The vehicle is modern and air-conditioned, stocked with bottled water for the ride. WiFi is available onboard if you need to work or stay connected during the transfer. The fleet runs to Mercedes standards across multiple vehicle sizes, so whether you're traveling alone or with a group, there's a car that fits your party and luggage.

Once you book, you receive a 24/7 contact number to reach the operation team at any time: before departure, en route, or after arrival. This means you can flag delays, ask questions about the route, or confirm your driver's arrival without uncertainty. The team monitors the service throughout, so changes to your flight time or pickup location can be communicated directly rather than left to chance. Child seats are available free of charge if you're traveling with infants or small children.
