Kiruna Airport Transfer: Private Car to City Centre

Driver waiting with your name at arrival, flight delays tracked automatically

A private transfer from Kiruna Airport to central Kiruna accommodates up to six passengers in a premium sedan or minivan, with a driver who meets you at the arrival lounge and adjusts pickup time if your flight is delayed. The service includes meet and greet, all taxes and parking fees, and takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the city centre.

The experience

Your driver tracks your flight in real time and waits up to 60 minutes after you land, so if the plane arrives early or late, the pickup adjusts without you needing to call. You'll spot them at the arrival lounge holding a board with your name, eliminating the search for a taxi rank or the wait in line. From there, the route to central Kiruna takes around 30 minutes depending on traffic and time of day.

The vehicle is a premium sedan for smaller groups or a six-seat minivan if you're traveling with more people, and your professional chauffeur handles navigation while you settle in after your flight. All taxes, VAT, parking fees and airport tolls are included in the price, so there are no surprises at the end. If you're traveling with infants or children under six, specialized car seats are provided when you book.

Top questions

How does the driver know when I've landed?

The driver tracks your flight status in real time and adjusts the pickup time automatically if there's a delay, so you don't need to contact anyone after landing. They wait up to 60 minutes after your actual arrival time at the airport.

What if I have more luggage than fits in the car?

Each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase measuring 46x69x29 centimetres. Additional luggage incurs an extra charge, which you can arrange when you book.

Do I need to arrange child seats in advance?

Yes, specialized infant and child seats are provided, but you must specify the number of infants or children under six when you make your booking so the correct seats are ready on arrival.

What's included in the transfer price?

The price covers all taxes and VAT, the meet and greet service, any parking and airport tolls, and tips and gratuities. Nothing else is added at the end.
