Airport ARN to Stockholm Transfer: Private Mercedes Van

A driver meets you at the gate with your name on a card.

A private transfer from Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) to your Stockholm hotel in a modern Mercedes-Benz van, with a professionally trained driver who meets you at arrivals, helps with luggage, and drives you directly to your destination. The service includes 60 minutes of free waiting time with live flight tracking, bottled water, and all airport taxes and parking fees. The journey takes around 30 minutes depending on traffic and your hotel location.

The Experience

Your driver holds a nameplate at the airport arrivals terminal and waits for you to clear customs. They help load your luggage into a Mercedes-Benz EQV or Class V, open the door, and drive you straight to your hotel without stops or detours. The vehicle is modern and climate-controlled, and you ride in the back seat for safety. Bottled water is provided during the ride.

The service includes 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport with live flight tracking, so if your plane lands late or you take longer to collect bags, the driver stays and the clock does not start running. All airport taxes and parking fees are built into the price you pay upfront: no surprise charges at the curb. The journey from ARN to central Stockholm takes roughly 30 minutes under normal traffic conditions, though this varies depending on your exact hotel location and the time of day you arrive.

Top questions

How does the driver know when I land?

The service includes live flight tracking, so your driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts their arrival at the terminal accordingly. You will not have to call or text to confirm.

What if my flight is delayed and I arrive very late?

You have 60 minutes of free waiting time included with flight tracking. If you need the driver to wait longer than that, additional waiting time is charged at a rate set before your transfer.

Can I bring a car seat for my child?

Yes. Specialized infant seats are available and can be installed in the van. Let the operator know your child's age and weight when you book so the correct seat is ready when you arrive.

What is the route from the airport to central Stockholm?

The driver takes the most direct route from ARN to your hotel address, which typically takes around 30 minutes depending on traffic. You can provide your exact hotel location at checkout so the driver has it programmed before pickup.

Is the price fixed, or could it change?

The price is fixed before you book and includes all airport taxes, parking fees, and the 60 minutes of waiting time. No additional charges are added during the transfer unless you request extra waiting time beyond the included amount.
