Eight hours on a fast 35-foot Donzi with your own captain means you set the pace and the stops. The boat carries snorkeling gear, an open bar, and snacks. The captain knows the good spots around both islands from two decades of running these waters. You'll anchor at Rendez-vous Bay (a white sand beach where the water is clear enough to see straight down), and at Pinel Island, where two restaurants sit right on the shore if you want lunch.
