Step-by-step itinerary

Sea kayaking and snorkeling tour

  • Meet guide at La Victoria reserve
  • Explore sea caves and cliffs
  • Snorkel in small bays and beaches
  • Enjoy kayaking with provided equipment

The experience

La Victoria is a protected nature reserve that locals favor, and the kayak route threads through its small bays and rock formations with views toward Cap Formentor. Your guide meets you, shows you how to paddle (takes about a minute if you've never done it), and then leads you out to the spots worth seeing: sea caves, cliff faces, places where the water is clear enough to snorkel. The guide adapts the route based on conditions and what you want to do, so if you'd rather spend more time in one bay or skip the cliff jump, that's your call.

You get a sea kayak, paddle, life jacket, helmet, water shoes, snorkel, mask and fins. A dry bag keeps your phone or camera safe. The guide handles the logistics and knows the reserve well enough to point out the details: the rock formations, the way the light hits the caves, where the fish are. Kayaking itself is straightforward. The pace is easy and the water is shallow enough in the bays that you can stand up if you need to. A cliff jump is part of the standard route, but it's optional.

Is this one for you?Two hours is short enough to fit before or after other plans in Alcudia, but long enough to paddle out to the sea caves and have time to snorkel. If you want a full-day paddle or a longer exploration of the coast, this is a taster rather than a deep dive.
