Private Transfer Reus Airport to Barcelona: Meet & Greet

Your driver is waiting at arrivals with your name on a sign.

A private transfer from Reus Airport to Barcelona pairs you with a dedicated driver who meets you at baggage claim holding a sign with your name, tracks your flight status, and waits if the landing is delayed. The car is air-conditioned and stocked with bottled water. WiFi is available on board. Book at least 12 hours ahead and provide your flight number, contact details and destination address so the driver can plan the route and monitor your arrival time.

The experience

You land at Reus, clear customs, and walk to arrivals where your driver is already there with your name displayed. No hunting for a taxi rank, no negotiating a price at the curb, no waiting for a shared shuttle to fill up. The driver has tracked your flight, so if the landing was delayed, he knows it. He's holding the sign and he's waiting. You get in an air-conditioned car stocked with bottled water, and the route to your Barcelona hotel is already set.

The drive takes roughly two to two and a half hours depending on traffic and your exact destination in the city. WiFi is available on board if you need to message ahead or check in with your accommodation. The car is a comfort-class vehicle, not a luxury sedan, but clean, reliable and built for the route. The driver speaks the language needed to get you there safely. 24-hour customer support is available by WhatsApp, Telegram or phone if anything changes before you arrive or after you book.

To lock in the transfer, you'll need to provide your flight number, the date of travel, your full name, a contact phone number and the exact address where you're headed in Barcelona. Send this information at least 12 hours before your scheduled arrival so the driver can monitor your flight and plan the pickup. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts. If you need an infant seat, one is available on request.

Top questions

How does the driver know when I land if my flight is delayed?

The driver monitors your flight number in real time, so he sees any delays as they happen and adjusts his arrival at the terminal accordingly. You won't be waiting for him, and he won't be waiting for you.

What if I have luggage and a child? Is there room in the car?

The private transfer is sized for passengers and bags. Specialized infant seats are available if you're traveling with a small child, and the vehicle is air-conditioned for comfort on the two-hour drive to Barcelona.

Can I book this transfer the day before I arrive?

You need to provide your flight details at least 12 hours before your scheduled arrival so the driver can track your flight and be at the terminal when you land. Booking earlier is fine. Just make sure the flight information reaches the company in time.

What's included in the transfer price?

The private car, the driver, air-conditioned climate control, bottled water on board and WiFi are all included. The price is fixed before you ride, with no surge pricing or negotiation at pickup.

Do I need to arrange anything else to get from Reus to Barcelona?

No, the driver handles the route, the timing and the navigation. You provide your destination address when you book, and he takes you there. Public transportation options exist nearby if you prefer, but the transfer is a door-to-door service.
