The route passes through Binibona, another cluster of traditional stone houses, and ends near Campanet, known for its caves. The centerpiece stop is Caimari, where you visit one of Mallorca's most important olive mills—you learn how oil is pressed the traditional way and taste several varieties. This is also where you break for lunch and rest before the return ride.

The e-bikes do the climbing work for you, so the 310 meters of ascent spreads across the morning without strain. Water is provided throughout, and you carry a helmet and saddlebags on the bike.
