The Experience

The boat pulls away from San Antonio port around 5 p.m., depending on the season, and the first thing you notice is how quiet it is — no engine roar, just the sound system playing softly and the water lapping against the hull. This is where you get in the water. Snorkeling gear is provided, and the water is clear enough that you'll see small fish and rock formations without much effort. If you'd rather not snorkel, paddle boards and kayaks are available, or you can just swim. Some people do all three. The crew doesn't rush you; you stay anchored for as long as feels right.
