The experience

San Antonio Bay is where you meet your guide (look for the blue shirt at the pier by the old mill on Passeig de la Platja de l'Arenal), and board the sailboat for an afternoon on the water. The route follows the Ibiza coastline, navigating the bay as it approaches cliffs and coves, with the sunset as the centerpiece. Because the group stays under 6 people, there's room to move around the boat and actually talk to the crew and other passengers without the noise and crowding of a larger tour.

The gourmet lunch arrives on board: Iberian ham, cheese, Spanish omelette, assorted olives, turkey ham, snacks and whatever seasonal fruit is in. Strawberries, raspberries and the like.
